Oh Pooh
@ 2009-07-07 – 21:01:57
I watched the memorial service for Micheal Jackson there and yes it ws emotional as well as entertaining. Not entertaining in a sick way but with all the artists and speakers it was very well done. A few times i felt myself weling up but managed the whole deep breathes to keep it at bay, the bit that got me was when his Daughter Paris shared her love for her father. Oh how the tears rolled down but hey i'm human i'm 32 and was more or less brought up with his music. I never bellieved for one minute that he done anything sordid to the children he was accused of abusing, i think he was just very niave and a true peterpan. Dont leave comments telling me i'm wrong about that, i have my own opinion and i'm not getting dragged into a blog arguement.
He truly was an amazing person so what if he bleached his skin,it's a common thing believe it or not.Who cares if he had plastic surgery, trust me the world is'nt full of surgeons just because of him.
I do wonder though about his children, watching the service Latoya seemed to be playing mother and i just wonder if she may take on the role. I'm sure it has already been decided. Wasn't it so brave of his daughter to stand up there and say what she did, her father tried his best to keep them out the limelight and shield them from bad things. Well done her for being so couragous to stand there and speak. -
We Got Our Waater Back
@ 2009-07-07 – 11:25:00
It came back on yesterday morning so i didnt have to stand in the garden with bottles of water and chuck them over myself (was rather looking forward to that) Was unexpectantly busy yesterday, went shopping with carebear, the day had started off really nice so we stoaded off without jackets and sure enough the rain poured down, we decided abondogning the walk to asda and settles for tesco instead as it's a dry route from the shoping centre to there. Bumped into my mum well i did'nt see her it was carebear who spied her. Was a bit shocked at that because my mum and her partner have been shunning tesco since an incident involving a credit card. Ended up going down to my mums flat to help her clear up and clean up for the flat getting put on the market. When we finally got home i popped over to my pals who is going to TITP too, we ended up getting rather drunk whilst discusssing what we should do since it's going to be raining most of the week and the ground will be a mud bath. We think we have it all planned though and have decided to camp in the blue zone (as we always do) a bit further up the hill so the wetness may not be as bad. Also think we have the final to see list for the weekend too (yippeee)
Glad the waters back on as my heads a wee bit thumpy just now so going to go lie on the couch and have some fruit to help relieve the pain
