After we finished up at the community garden today me and carebear went into the city to get her some new clothes from Primark. Was walking past BHS on Sauchiehall street when i saw there sale sign so we popped in for a wee look. Carebear got 2 dresses and a top i got a dress and the grand total at the till was five pounds. There sale is fantabulous and the girl serving us told me that there's more stock on it's way out. So all you people going your holipops it might well be worth your while having a little peek. Primark of course never lets us down. 3 pairs of trousers 3 tops 5pack of socks 2 pair of shoes and hair bands for carebear and a dress for me 28 quid.
Really looking forward to our community garden open day, we repotted 38 strawberry plants and done alot of weeding today so fingers crossed after the open day more people will want to join in. Most of the veggies wont be ready for another few weeks but we have just now enough for roughly 40 people to have a really nice lunch. The co-ordinator has arranged fro someone to come in and give tips to parents on how to make ther ekids eat more veg. Shame not alot of people areinvolved just now as i can see how much carebear is enjoying the experience and will now without thinking about it pick off a lettuce leaf or dig up a carrot to eat, muck and all:yes:
